Bio

I have been Kickboxing (Full Contact) for about 18 years now. Trained mostly with Pat O Keeffe whilst I was fighting (17 fights) and now run a small club in Lincoln where we are beginning now to take fighters to the ring. Pat was a brilliant trainer/coach - taught me to think and look - gave me the proverbial rod rather than the fish! Love Kickboxing and watching K1, UFC etc; Always open to learn from others and adapt how I coach and train.
